An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Patient Reception Team Leader in our Patient Services Department at 76 Wimpole Street.
Overall Job:
To lead the team in patient reception area and to ensure safe and accurate management of all samples being taken and then processed in line with TDL Health and Safety Policies and CQC regulations.
To support in the management of the patient journey and the safe transit of samples to The Halo ensuring safe onward delivery to relevant laboratory departments.
To have a comprehensive understanding of the departmental requirements as well as supporting the administration of departmental needs to ensure the sooth operational delivery of patient reception.
Weekdays shift with opportunity for weekend overtime.
