POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Patient Recruiter to join our clinical research team. This role is critical to the success of our studies by ensuring a steady flow of eligible participants through proactive outreach and pre-screening. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in phone-based recruitment, customer service, or telemarketing, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and build trust with diverse populations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in patient recruitment, phone-based outreach, or cold calling customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage participants from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow scripts, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.

• Conduct outreach calls to potential participants for ongoing and upcoming clinical trials.
• Pre-screen candidates based on study eligibility criteria.
• Clearly explain study details, participation requirements, and benefits to potential participants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of recruitment efforts in study databases.
• Collaborate with clinical research coordinators and site staff to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.
• Support recruitment campaigns, including phone outreach, community engagement, and referral follow-up.
• Consistently meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
