QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in telemarketing, patient outreach, call center environments (healthcare preferred) or private medical practice.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfort discussing medical topics in a clear, respectful, and compliant manner
• Basic knowledge of clinical trials or healthcare terminology
• Ability to work independently and meet call volume targets
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Conduct outbound calls to potential participants using lead lists or interest forms

• Clearly communicate study details, eligibility criteria, and benefits of participation
• Pre-screen individuals for initial eligibility based on provided scripts and protocols
• Schedule follow-up appointments or refer qualified leads to research coordinators
• Accurately document all call outcomes and maintain updated contact records
• Provide compassionate and professional interactions with diverse patient populations
