POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Patient Relationship Executive to enhance the patient experience across all touchpoints, from appointment scheduling to post-visit follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers and a strong background in patient coordination, telesales, or healthcare customer service.
This role is central to ensuring effective communication with patients, primarily through phone interactions, while maintaining high standards of service and care.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years in telesales, patient coordination, or customer service, ideally within a healthcare setting.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • A patient-centric, courteous, and empathetic approach.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations, post-visit follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Handle inbound calls to address patient inquiries regarding services, doctor availability, procedures, and clinic protocols.
  • Provide clear and empathetic information to patients about treatments, diagnostic services, and medical specialties offered.
  • Accurately document patient interactions and maintain records using hospital or clinic software systems.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and patient flow.
  • Send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and relevant information via phone, SMS, or email.
