Patient Relations Executive

As a Patient Relations Executive, you will be the friendly and dependable first point of contact for our patients, clients, and their families. You will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless healthcare experience by ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, empathy, and confidence.

From responding to inquiries and coordinating appointments to following up with patients and addressing their concerns, you will help make every step of the patient journey smooth, simple, and supportive.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clients, and their families.
• Handle patient inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient requests with internal teams.
• Build positive and lasting relationships with patients and their families.
• Understand patient concerns and ensure they are addressed or escalated appropriately.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow-up details, and communication logs.
• Collect patient feedback and communicate important concerns to the relevant team.
• Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met and services are delivered smoothly.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.
