Patient Relations:

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide patients through appointments, procedures, and services.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to improve patient experience.

Marketing & Media:

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of events, facilities, and services.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and online reputation.
  • Edit videos for promotional campaigns and patient education.
  • Collaborate with management to execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics and report on marketing performance.
