JOB DESCRIPTION:

Best DOC Home Healthcare is hiring 2 Patient Relationship Coordinators to support our growing team. The role involves coordinating patient care, ensuring smooth communication, and working closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality healthcare services at home.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Strong memory, organizational skills, and task management abilities.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or administration preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
  • coordinator or similar role?: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient inquiries and coordinate bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Organize caregiver schedules and keep accurate records.
  • Ensure smooth task management and follow-up on pending actions.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service in both Arabic and English.
