We are a growing regenerative medicine clinic and wellness center offering cutting-edge treatments. Our offerings include Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Stem Cell Therapy, and Shockwave Therapy. These treatments are highly effective but not typically covered by insurance, which means patient education, relationship-building, and sales are critical for success.
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and people-oriented individual who can become the main point of contact for patients exploring regenerative medicine. The ideal candidate will help patients understand their options, support them through treatment, and work closely with the doctor and our team to grow this side of the practice.
This role blends sales, patient education, and clinical support. Depending on your strengths, experience, and background, we can tailor the role specifically for you.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the patient pipeline using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Call new leads, send emails, schedule appointments, manage payments, and follow up.
  • Be in the room with the doctor during consultations to help patients understand treatment costs, benefits, and next steps.
  • Perform Shockwave Therapy treatments. As a small company, we may need this role to include someone who can handle doing these treatments. This does not require medical expertise, and we will provide full training.
