We are hiring a Patient Relationship Executive / Customer Support Officer who will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between patients, families, and our medical team.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare customer service or patient coordination preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Professional, presentable, and patient-focused.
