POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Relationship Executive with prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers. This role centers on managing patient communication, primarily via phone, to ensure a smooth and supportive patient journey—from appointment booking to post-visit follow-up.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in telesales, patient coordination, or healthcare customer service, combined with excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in telesales, patient coordination, or customer service, ideally within a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center).
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with a courteous, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.
  • Efficiency: Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient feedback.
  • Handle inbound calls to address patient inquiries about services, doctor schedules, procedures, and clinic guidelines.
  • Provide patients with information about treatments, diagnostic services, and specialties.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records and call logs using hospital/clinic software.
  • Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to streamline patient appointments.
  • Send reminders, follow-ups, and reports to patients via phone, SMS, or email.
