The NSLHD Patient Reported Measures Project Officer will support the development, implementation and sustainability of the NSW Patient Reported Measures Program, to improve patients, staff and consumer experience within Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD). The Project Officer will work collaboratively with NSLHD stakeholders, consumers, clinicians, Primary Health Networks and Primary Health Care staff, by way of full project management activities including project planning, strong change management, problem solving, stakeholder influence and negotiation skills, and milestone reporting.
