Our experienced and compassionate team provides personalized care for every stage of childhood - from those very first newborn visits all the way through young adulthood. We love partnering with families and helping guide them through each milestone along the way. Location: Hinsdale Pediatrics - 911 North Elm Street, Suite 215, Hinsdale, IL 60521 GENERAL SUMMARY: The Patient Representative is the first point of contact for patients, families and many other sources. Works under the direct supervision of the Practice Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Answers phones, schedules appointments and verifies patient information. Completes check-in, check-out and end of day processing. Enters charges; collects and posts payments. Collects patient balances. Copies medical records. Scans incoming patient records/reports. Completes end of day process. Processes medical records requests. Demonstrates and supports PediaTrust Core Values. ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS Performs digital health workflows and initiatives. Performs complete referral authorizations. Performs other duties as assigned.
