• Location: Kernersville Medical Center – Kernersville, NC and Forsyth Medical Center - Winston-Salem, NC

The Patient Safety Attendant provides continuous, direct observation to ensure the safety and well-being of patients at risk of harm to themselves or others. Working under the direction of nursing staff, this role supports a safe care environment by monitoring behavior, assisting with basic needs, and promptly reporting any changes in patient condition or safety concerns.
