Job Title: Patient Safety, Carer and Community Administrator
Location: Balby
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week – Monday to Friday 08:30am – 16:30pm
Trust Location: Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust, Tickhill Road, Balby, Doncaster, DN4 8QN
YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Experience in a similar role
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong Administrative skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload and maintain confidentiality
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
· Assist with the administration of the Trust’s process for handling patient complaints, to include the scanning and filing of letters, recording of complaint details
· Responsible for answering the main complaints line telephone and directing calls to the appropriate member of the team.
· Required to assist with finalising complaint response letters for signing by the Chief Executive and arranging for these to be scanned and posted once signed and updating Ulysses.
· Generating acknowledgement and holding letters
· Photocopying/downloading of medical records, and the downloading of recordings from meetings.
