Description
Location: Jeanes Campus/ Fox Chase Cancer Center The Patient Safety Coordinator is responsible for the support of patient safety and risk management projects and initiatives across TUHS. Some of these projects include participation in the Incident tracking (MIDAS) and PSRS submissions, complaints and grievance process, data management including data collection, data entry, and data presentation, facilitation of executive meetings, project management and support of the AVP and VP of Patient Safety and Risk Management. This position reports to the Director of Strategy and Analytics. Education Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 1 year experience in project management, patient experience, complaints and grievances or a related role Required General Experience in a hospital or academic medical center Preferred General Experience with Knowledge of CMA grievance regulations and The Joint Comission patient rights standards Preferred Licenses Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred
