The Patient Safety Manager has a primary responsibility of maintaining and enhancing the Mental Health Service’s response and investigation to patient safety incidence in accordance with NSW Health and SLHD Policy.
The Patient Safety Manager shares responsibility with the Patient and Family Experience Officer for Open Disclosure processes within the Mental Health Service.
