In this pivotal role, you’ll work collaboratively with clinical leaders and key stakeholders to embed best practices, support staff development, and champion a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement. As a role model and mentor, you’ll inspire and empower others while fostering professional growth and system-wide change.

The Patient Safety Manager is responsible for enhancing the safety and quality of care for patients of Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital (BLH), in collaboration with other members of the Clinical Governance Unit and other key stakeholders. This requires effective leadership to influence and guide clinicians and managers in implementing clinical practice changes and evaluating outcomes of system and practice improvements across BLH services.
