The post holder will give a provision of support relating to the management and investigation of Patient Safety Incident Investigations (PSIIs), incident reporting, risk registers, clinical audit plans and clinical effectiveness activity. The post-holder will also work closely with the Quality Governance teams (patient safety, audit & effectiveness etc.) and provide a link between the Trust Management Directorate and the Service Lin
