The Patient Scheduler is an office-based, non-clinical position responsible for scheduling appointments and dispatching transportation to ensure Providence ElderPlace participants are transported to and from scheduled medical appointments. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in English, Business administration, Communications, or related field or equivalent education/experience. 2 years dispatching transportation and/or scheduling medical appointments.
