As a Patient Engagement Representative, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to patients within our database to remind, re-engage, and schedule them for upcoming dental appointments. This is a key role that supports patient health outcomes, clinic efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction.

• Make outbound calls to existing and lapsed patients to book dental appointments.
• Use a consultative and friendly approach to educate patients on the importance of routine dental care and available services.
• Accurately schedule appointments across multiple clinic locations using our practice management software.
• Update patient records and contact notes in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle patient queries or objections with empathy and confidence.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid overbooking.
• Meet or exceed weekly appointment booking targets and KPIs.
