JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our friendly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for patients being either face to face or telephone; ensuring the patient journey is a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for delivering quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

This role requires excellent communication skills, verbal & written with attention to detail paramount. Confident professional telephone manner
The Candidate will need, enthusiasm, flexibility, ability to multi-task, able to work well under pressure; to handle difficult situations; adaptable to change; with a Can Do attitude
Knowledge of GP systems and or GP Receptionist experience is desirable, however full training will be provided to the right candidate.

The ability to support the team covering annual leave and sickness is required so flexibility is key to maintain the service to our Patients.
