Clariness is looking for a Patient Service and Success Manager (f/m/d) based in Shanghai. - Full-time; limited - About us: Clariness helps patients access clinical trials faster through our ClinLife® platform, active in 50+ countries. In this role, you’ll turn expertise into real-world impact, connecting patients with studies and accelerating medical breakthroughs. As a Patient Service and Success Manager (f/m/d) , you would be responsible for: Contacting patients via the Patient Contact Center in ClinLife at the call time specified by the patients. Following the Patient Contact flow journey, to ensure we successfully reach the patient. Conducting the offline phone screener as per the script provided and recording the patient answers. Driving patient satisfaction - Understand the screener flow and passing logic when screening patients, so that any errors or mistakes can be identified and communicated to the Clariness team. Working as Partners with the site team to ensure we refer as many qualified patients as possible. We would like you to have: Minimum 1 year in customer service, patient coordination, clinical research support, or a similar role. Associate degree or above. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and scripts. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Customer-centric mindset with empathy, patience, and a professional phone manner. GCP certificate preferred. Teamwork, Communication, Effectiveness & Focus, Initiative, Eager to Succeed, and Analytical mindset. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling personal information.
