• Perform frontline duties, answer phone calls, and provide clear explanations and guidance to customers and the public regarding outpatient policies and procedures, ensuring courteous and efficient service.
• Handle registration and cash collection for outpatient services.
• Facilitate medical report processes, including loan management, scanning, verification, uploading, and proper disposal of medical records.
• Prepare statistical reports.
• Review and manage daily outstanding balances for outpatients.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of documents.
