PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join us as Patient Service Associates . You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities (depending on department assigned)

  • Handle patient registration, admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Provide financial counselling and assist patients/next-of-kin with enquiries.
  • Support daily ward/clinic operations and ensure service readiness.
  • Assist doctors and nurses with chaperone duties and consultation documents.
  • Maintain proper patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for departmental operations and events.
  • Ensure smooth patient journey and deliver excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE “O” Levels or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry will be an advantage.Comfortable working in different clinics/hospital settings as required.
