Patient Service Associate (Healthcare Sector) - WC2

• Facilitate doctor appointments and coordinate diagnostic services for patients and families.
• Assist with patient registration, billing, and insurance claim inquiries.
• Verify and update patient information in the clinic’s system.
• Provide guidance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements for smooth claims processing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to addressing patients’ needs and supporting team goals.
