Job Description :

• Register patients for consultation
• Attending to queries from both internal and external customers
• Render assistance to patients when necessary
• Collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected
• Provide financial counselling to patients
• Assist with appointment scheduling for patients’ follow up
• To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hospital / clinic

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a GCE O Level certificate
• Proficient in handling computer related taskings
• Must be comfortable working in hospital setting and different clinics within hospital when needed.
