Our client in the healthcare industry is looking to hire a Patient Service Associate as they plan to expand and move into the next phase of their business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Admission and Discharge procedures for patients
• Offer financial counselling and support for patients or their family members, including estimated costs, fees, and financial aid options
• Assist in scheduling of surgeries or follow-up appointments
• Handling phone calls and email enquiries
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels, with healthcare/hospitality preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no night shifts)
