JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Associate to join our team. The Service Associate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting patients, and ensuring the smooth flow of office activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication with patients and staff.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems; experience with Epic or Dentrix is highly desirable.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in front desk operations and managing office tasks.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members in a professional manner.
