REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) N Level or equivalent
• Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision
• Outgoing and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Service Oriented and patient focusedPossess organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage coordinate schedules

• Scheduling appointments for Patients
• Providing and educating patients and family members on health grants and medical assistance information
• Registering and processing payments of patients
• Assist patients with Insurance and Medisave claims
• Assist Nurses and Doctors in administrative and clinical support
