An ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, both independently and on a team. This is a per diem position with 36-hour monthly and one 12-hour shift on a weekend requirement. This is an onsite position at multiple EmUrgentCare locations, with some nearby travel required. Primary Job Responsibilities: Assist all patients that report to the front desk Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner Interact with a diverse patient population Utilize the electronic medical record to maintain patient records via scanning or registration collect copayments, and other necessary information at time of check-in Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately to team members Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: No experience required. Excellent customer service skills preferred Experience using an electronic health record and Microsoft Office a plus!
