The company is a healthcare institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Patient Service Associate (6-Months contract, convertible to permanent).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experience in healthcare sector is preferred
• Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (Saturday)

• Respond to patient inquiries and address their needs
• Assist patients at the pre-registration kiosk
• Provide guidance and support at the self-payment kiosk
• Support the operations clinic services
• Assist with wayfinding and manage crowd flow
• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
