JOB OVERVIEW:

  • The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for answering all incoming calls/email inquiries. Will also be responsible for contacting enquiries that have come into us to through our booking platform and determine what type of treatment the patient is looking for and suitable for and book patients accordingly.
  • Day to day diary management of the clinic.
  • Reception duties. Checking patients into the clinic for their appointment at reception and taking payments ensuring that the day runs smoothly for doctors and nurses.
  • Documenting private and personal information correctly.
  • Open/Closing procedures

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for answering all incoming calls/messages and emails.
  • Responsible diary management ensuring all patients are confirmed and completed required documentation for their appointment.
  • Responsible for following up with each patient and booking further appointments as requested by Nurse/Doctor.
  • Responsible for payments and ensuring each patient has cleared their outstanding balances for each procedure/test booked before attending their appointment.
  • Following up with any cancellations and arranging a further consultation/appointment where appropriate.
  • End of day reports – Diary management and end of day email and reports to be completed each evening.
