Responsibilities The Crane PACU PSR, collaborates with unit leadership, coordinates the daily operations of the nursing station, maintains continuous awareness of unit operations and potential issues. The PSR maintains the efficient flow of patients, visitors, other staff, and information on the patient care area. The PSR provide direct clerical and administrative support to the patient care department and collaborates as needed with other department to maintain smooth operation of the unit. He/She pro-actively demonstrates appropriate customer service and hospitality practices to enhance the perception of all customers of the department as a healing and compassionate environment for both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
