What You’ll Do: As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include: Greeting patients warmly and checking them in promptly Helping patients complete necessary forms for the electronic health record (EHR) and billing Updating demographic and insurance information, verifying eligibility, and collecting co-pays Ensuring smooth patient flow through efficient front-office processing Answering questions related to registration or billing Directing medical inquiries to the appropriate clinical staff Scheduling patients with the appropriate provider Scanning and uploading documents into the EHR Performing additional administrative duties as needed This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in healthcare administration and be part of a caring, patient-centered practice. Requirements What We’re Looking For: 6 months to 1 year of prior medical office experience A positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
