Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Patient Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting patients’ access to care by contributing to various administrative and front-end workflows. Responsibilities are revolving and may include referral and prior authorization coordination, insurance verification, EMR communication support, and patient financial engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, is highly organized, and values accuracy and teamwork. Key Responsibilities May Include: Assisting with the processing of incoming referrals to ensure timely scheduling and coordination of care. Coordinating prior authorization requests and following up on approvals to avoid delays in treatment. Managing the EMR inbox by monitoring and responding to provider and patient messages. Verifying insurance coverage and documenting benefits ahead of scheduled visits. Communicating clearly with patients regarding balances and financial responsibility. Documenting account details and tracking in-clinic payments. Supporting general front office operations and administrative tasks as needed. Any other duties as determined by management Requirements Prior Pre-Cert and Referral Experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
