In this role, you will play an essential part in creating a positive, seamless experience for our patients. You’ll work closely with our physicians and clinical staff while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with deadlines. Experience with scheduling surgeries, providing instructions, and processing orders is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet patients and provide excellent customer service Guide patients through necessary electronic health record and billing forms Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays Support efficient patient flow from check-in to check-out Answer general patient inquiries about registration or billing Direct medical-related questions to appropriate clinical staff Schedule patient appointments with the correct provider Scan and upload documents into the electronic health record Perform other administrative duties as needed This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day while growing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. A full benefits package is available. Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in a medical office setting required; additional medical experience strongly preferred.
