Description UT Urgent Care Clinics have provided medical care for acute illnesses and minor injuries to Knoxville, TN and surrounding counties since 2007. UT Urgent Care is seeking experienced, well qualified Patient Service Representatives for our Lenoir City location, who must be a team player and comfortable working in a fast-pace urgent care environment. A successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties but not limited to: Greet patients and assist with patient requests upon arrival to clinic Obtain and record demographic, insurance and financial information Collect co-pay, co-insurances and past due balances Verify insurance eligibility and ability to relay relevant information on payment policies.
