Description UT Urgent Care Clinic has provided medical care for acute illnesses and minor injuries to Knoxville, TN and surrounding counties since 2007. UT Urgent Care is seeking an experienced, well-qualified Patient Service Representative (PSR) for our Sevierville location, who must be a team player and comfortable working in a fast pace urgent care environment. A successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties but not limited to: Job Description: Greet patients and assist with patient requests upon arrival to clinic Obtain and record demographic, insurance and financial information Collect co-pay, co-insurances and past due balances Verify insurance eligibility and ability to relay relevant information on payment policies.
