POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Patient Service Representative to join our front desk team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service both in-person and over the phone. QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance billing is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Proficiency with dental software is an asset

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork
• Collect payments and manage billing processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
• Proficient in Spanish/English, preferred, not required
