ACCESS Family Care is seeking a flexible and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our Float Team. This role supports multiple clinic locations, ensuring smooth front-office operations and exceptional patient experiences across our network.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual, proficient in written and verbal communication
• Prior experience in medical front office or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel between clinic locations
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems a plus

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays
• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Travel between designated clinic sites as needed
• Provide support to clinical and administrative teams
