What You’ll Do: Greet all incoming patients with a friendly, professional attitude Complete new patient registrations and verify patient demographics using EHR systems Confirm insurance eligibility, collect payments, and maintain accurate records Schedule appointments and assist with pre-visit insurance verification Handle incoming calls, route inquiries, and provide helpful information Educate patients about sliding fee scale programs and pharmacy preferences Maintain daily logs of cash and token distribution Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to ensure a smooth patient flow Conduct outreach calls to confirm appointments and welcome new HMO plan members ?
