.We’re seeking a dedicated, detail oriented Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our growing team in Seattle. This role is central to maintaining DrSnip’s standard of excellent patient care. The PSR is the first point of contact between our patients and our clinic; the role require sexcellent communication, organization, and people skills. PSRs are entrusted with scheduling patients, answering preparatory questions, obtaining insurance data, checking benefits, and communicating appointment updates to patients. By the end of each phone call/interaction, the PSR ensures the patient has the information he requires for his appointment Patient Service Representative Location: Seattle, WA Type: Full-Time Responsibilities / Position details: Answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalism; handling multiple calls at once. Collecting insurance information, obtaining cost estimates, and informing the patient accordingly. Discussing with patients and partners vasectomy, male anatomy, preparation and recovery. Maintaining complete and accurate patient records, including Protected Health Information .Answering patient questions about appointment scheduling, and procedure preparation .Providing the DrSnip doctor with complete and relevant patient information, when required. Inquiring about and notating medical history; informing the team of special circumstances. Greeting patients when they enter the clinic and assisting with other administrative tasks Assuming additional duties, as needed Patient Experience Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and discreet environment aligned with DrSnip’s values. Monitor and respond to patient feedback and service recovery needs, escalating as needed. Collaborate with staff to continuously improve the patient journey, from booking to follow-up. Compliance & Safety Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements. Support leadership by following initiatives.
