SPI 3800 Francisan Medical Pavilion Olympia Fields 3800 W 203rd St Olympia Fields, Illinois 60461 Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) play a critical role in our Physician Offices. They are the first point of contact with patients, family members and caregivers for their visit. The PSR represents Specialty Physicians of Illinois in communication to provide information, direction and support to our customers. This role collaborates with providers, management and clinical staff to coordinate patient schedules and provide other administrative support. The ability to compassionately engage in conversation with patients on their responsibilities for Copayment, Prepayment and Outstanding Balances. This acquisition remains subject to customary regulatory review and approvals.
