WSNM offers competitive pay, opportunities for growth and development, and a workplace where every team member is valued for the difference they make in the lives of our patients. ________________________________________ Position Summary The Patient Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while coordinating patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and supporting daily front office operations for both our Women's Healthcare Clinics and MedSpa. ________________________________________ Essential Responsibilities Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and empathy. Create a caring, supportive, and positive experience for every patient and visitor. Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently. Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information. Schedule appointments, recalls, and follow-up visits. Collect copayments, balances, cosmetic service payments, and retail purchases. Support MedSpa patients by scheduling services, processing retail sales, and promoting a luxury customer experience. Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record and practice management system. Assist with opening and closing procedures while maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area. Protect patient privacy by following HIPAA and organizational policies. Work collaboratively with providers and teammates to support patient care across all WSNM locations. Participate in cross-training and perform additional duties as assigned. One year of experience in a medical office, healthcare, hospitality, retail, MedSpa, or customer service setting. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn electronic medical records. Basic knowledge of medical terminology. Preferred Previous OB/GYN, specialty medical practice, or MedSpa experience. Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and patient collections. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. ________________________________________ Why WSNM?
