The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable. The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office. EDUCATION: H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred. EXPERIENCE: Proven customer service experience required. Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred. This is a bargaining union position.
