Apodi is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Services Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes across our healthcare projects.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Patient Services Administrator, you will act as the central administration hub for Apodi projects. You will liaise with Apodi nurses, patients and their carers as well as the homecare delivery company and Healthcare Professionals in the NHS. You would be involved in processing adverse events, maintaining accurate data, and supporting the project teams in achieving excellent patient satisfaction. The role is critical in supporting the delivery of safe, effective and patient centred care through administrative excellence, telephone support and digital systems. Our office is based in Maidenhead, and this is a hybrid role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
