Description

Linden Medical Centre is a highly rated, busy training practice just on the outskirts of the town centre and we are looking for the following role to join our team.
Patient Service Advisor to join a friendly team, facilitate and develop good team working. Main responsibilities include signposting patients to the appropriate service, booking appointments with our clinical team and performing admin tasks as required. This is a demanding role.
You will need to be well-presented, possess good time keeping and have the ability to communicate at all levels. You will have good IT skills and be able to present a welcoming and professional appearance to all in this busy and fast paced role. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to work under pressure with the ability to use own initiative.
Patient Service Advisor, working approx 16 hours (3 shifts) per week. Our shifts run from 7.45am to 1pm and 1pm to 6.30pm. There are opportunities for overtime to cover annual leave.
Experience working with Emis and Docman preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
