27.5 TO 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK – BETWEEN 08.00 – 8.00PM, MON – FRI SAT 10AM - 2PM SUN 10AM-7PM

Rotating shifts with a mixture of earlies and lates (08.00am – 13.30pm & 1pm-8.00pm)
You will also be required to work across sites.
We are looking for a Patient Services Advisor to join our dynamic practice team.
The positions will include greeting and signposting patients, answering and making telephone calls, booking appointments, and also a broad range of administration duties.
Candidates must have good interpersonal and communication skills, be very people-orientated, have an empathic and non-judgmental approach, understand the importance of strict confidentiality and be able to deal with an ever changing environment. In return, we offer a fantastic working environment and have a close team who all pull together and support each other. Experience of using SystmOne would be an advantage, but is not essential.
