Job Description: The position is available in St Vincent's rapid access hub from 15/12 Work for one of Australia’s leading hospital groups Part time permanent opportunity! 60 hours per fortnight Mon to Friday and every second weekend working on a rotating roster with 8:00am starts About the Role You will provide crucial clerical support and facilitate patient management for day procedure department. Including admitting patients completing reception duties and delivering exceptional customer service. A key component of the role is ensuring patient confidentiality is always preserved. Create patient records and complete all necessary information accurately and in line with current procedures Admit patients accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a high level of customer service by handling patient enquires via telephone and in person, in an efficient, professional, and caring manner Arrange appointments for patients as requested by clinical staff The classification for this position will be HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $64,610 per annum pro rata) Your Contribution Previous administration experience in a health setting You will be a part of the Environmental Services team, which is a large and varied department operating across multiple locations within St Vincent’s Melbourne campus. We have Patients Services Clerks are located at both Fitzroy and Kew.
