We are looking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Patient Services team. As a member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for taking all incoming calls from patients interested in learning more about our services, scheduling, or answering questions. You will play a very important role in the lives of our patients. You will need to demonstrate your ability to retain and utilize a vast amount of information that is key to the decision-making process for where the patients will decide to go for their eye care needs. A Patient Care Coordinator must own a strong ability to take inbound calls, webchats, and web leads from interested, potential patients and convert them into appointments. Working knowledge of customer relations management and methodical follow-up is a must. Candidates must possess professional and friendly, outgoing personalities and enjoy working with people of all ages. Customer service and recent sales experience is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Candidates must demonstrate strong organization, self-motivation, and multi-tasking abilities. Experience at the front desk of a medical practice is a plus.
